-
At Binaal Billa, we are committed to providing services that are fair, impartial, and in the best interests of every client. A conflict of interest may arise where two or more clients are involved in the same matter, or where the interests of one client may conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of another.
In this context, a conflict of interest includes situations where:
Both parties involved in a dispute, decision, or related matter are current or former clients
Providing services to one client could impact the neutrality, confidentiality, or professional judgment owed to another client
There is a risk that information obtained from one client could advantage or disadvantage another
Where a conflict of interest involving multiple clients is identified, Binaal Billa will:
Assess whether the matter can be managed safely, ethically, and without compromising either party
Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality at all times
Where the conflict cannot be appropriately managed, one or both parties will be referred to an independent external provider to ensure all clients receive unbiased, fair, and high-quality support.
This approach ensures that all clients are treated equitably and that professional and ethical standards are consistently upheld.
